Eur Ing Robert Eyre BEng CEng MIET – Managing & Technical Director
A Chartered Engineer with an Engineering degree in Power Systems, Rob is extensively qualified in the fields of, Healthcare, PFI Contracts, Engineering, MEP and operational running of water and medical gas systems, and has over 25 years’ industry experience in healthcare, project management, risk identification/mitigation and Consulting Engineering.
Rob has held senior engineering and managerial positions in major internationally renowned multidisciplinary MEP consulting firms and PFI companies, and has worked on many NHS sites and outside the healthcare environment within all aspects of commercial engineering.
Previous roles have included trouble shooting large Healthcare projects with significant issues, assessment of current methods, identifying future delivery requirements and re-engineering where required. Rob draws on his practical experience within FM and control engineering.
Rob also has extensive financial management experience, conducting large estate planning processes looking at 30+ years and beyond, feasibility and production of business cases. He is commercially aware and knows how to extract best value for money for clients, for example using his exceptional expertise in correct selection of equipment for new and existing projects accounting for whole life-cycle costs.
Rob has a reputation for expecting high standards of engineering, and is well known for being approachable and his ability to converse at all levels within a project. Within Healthcare, he bridges the gap from Ward to Board.
Outside of work, Rob donates his time as a volunteer tree warden, and in 2009 travelled to Kenya to help construct a six bed maternity clinic which enabled the villagers to look after themselves, a project about which he is very proud.

Liz Eyre BSc FCA – Finance Director
A Chartered Accountant who qualified with Price Waterhouse Coopers (PWC), Liz provided auditing and then forensic accounting for 6 years. She is able to construct detailed financial models within PFI and similarly identify hidden financial errors – particularly useful when Leviathan review PFI variations.
Liz has sat on a number of Company Boards and steered businesses to financially strong positions, the companies have ranged from oil & exploration, infrastructure providers, global retailers, international logistics and blue chip insurance companies. She has also worked both with and within the public sector, assisting and complementing resident finance teams to get business cases approved for operational and back office changes.
Liz is exceptionally well organized, and not only understands the big picture but also she frequently challenges the detail to ensure a project is kept on course. She is also able to develop and implement new processes, and then document and train others in their implementation. And when it comes to raising a business case, either within a business or for the benefit of potential funders, Liz has the previous experience and proven record of accomplishment ensuring client success.
Another key skill that Liz brings is being able to come into existing floundering projects cold and identify where the project is overspending and recommend action that can reverse the cycle in most cases. By engaging her into project finance clients are guaranteed to have the best up to date accurate figures to hand and at any stage.
